• Pictures

In order to share information about the 2nd CPEG conference through the 2nd CPEG conference social media and website the organizing committee could take screenshots as group pictures during the event. Participants will be informed before to take the screenshots and people registered is informed about this in the registration form. Those people who do not want to appear in the screenshots should turn off their cameras. The photographs will not be used commercially and will be shared through official networks to promote and inform about the 2nd CPEG. Commercial use of these images is not allowed and their distribution for other purposes than those indicated above is not permitted. ​

The personal data you provide us will be stored as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was supplied. Once your relationship with TS has been concluded, said data will be blocked and stored until all potential actions resulting from the processing of the data have expired.

The organizing committee uses these social media to publicize its services and activities in compliance with the terms of use established by the owners of each social network.

• Ticket purchase

Tickets for the 2nd CPEG Conference managed by TS may be purchased via the online platform Eventbrite. All personal data required to purchase tickets online is collected and processed by Eventbrite in accordance with its terms of use and privacy policy, which are posted on its website.

Transmitting Science together with the 2nd CPEG Organising Committee reserves the right to suspend the event or modify the dates and times indicated, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded.
