Contributions
Two contribution formats are allowed: standard talks (15 minutes) or lightning talks (5 minutes). The corresponding author should be the person presenting the contribution. Please indicate in the email whether you would prefer a standard oral or lightning presentations. Posters are not accepted.
Only one contribution per corresponding author will be accepted.
The number of slots for contributions is limited. Therefore if the number of abstracts submitted exceeds the number of slots, the Organising Committee reserves the right to change the format of one contribution or to reject it. In the latter case, the corresponding author will be given the option to cancel his/her/they registration and get reimbursed.
Abstract
Deadline for submission: EXTENDED TO JULY 1ST, 23:00 ECT
Abstract format: The main text must not exceed 300 words. Please do not include references, figures or acknowledgements in your abstract. The file format can be .docx or .doc and the name of the file must contain the first author’s initials and surname (e.g. A.R. Wallace.docx).
Abstract submission: Abstracts should be sent via email to [email protected] by JULY 1ST 2021, 23:00 ECT. The email subject must include the surname of the corresponding author and initials (e.g. Abstract submission A.R. Wallace).
